1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [support@capnis.com].

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

  • Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until your current plan expires.


2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Used Subscription Periods – We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.

  • Eligible Refunds – Refunds may be considered only if:

    • The customer was charged in error, or

    • The service was not delivered as promised due to technical issues attributable to us.

  • Non-Refundable Payments – One-time setup fees, customization charges, or training services are non-refundable.


3. Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, no charges will be applied until the trial period ends.

  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
